Carlos offers every client a comprehensive personal training experience, beginning with an initial Fitness Assessment and Goal Setting Consultation. Treating your specific goals as his number one priority, Carlos will create a time-specific, personalized fitness program from scratch aimed at delivering you the body and mind you’ve always wanted – and the one you deserve.
Utilizing the best compound movements to increase strength and overall muscular tone, Carlos will personally create the most ideal strength program based off of specific percentages to get you results faster.
Combining the most optimal exercises, including strength, cardio, conditioning in a customized circuit-style system the Weight Loss programming will shed pounds and get you looking and performing at your best.
Using the tools of movement pattern evaluations and technique assessments Carlos will create a custom corrective program to improve movement patterns, decrease pain and increase joint range of motion.
Creating ultimate power and strength through the use of the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch, this program utilizes fundamental movement training and skills transfer drills to optimize performance.
This program focuses on the primary exercises of the back squat, bench press and deadlift. With the combination of perfectly balanced accessory work, strength and hypertrophy are inevitable.
Focusing on increasing tissue playability through a variation of techniques, the Mobility and Flexibility program will increase overall muscular repair and improve joint range of motion and movement pattern integration.
